#1706 Leased Line - Emergency access router maintenance in Manchester (New)
Due to the issues experienced recently with one of our access routers (ar1.wh-man), we need to perform some emergency maintenance to try and mitigate the issue.
Downtime will be limited to customers who have leased line terminating on this router.
We will be performing a physical hardware change that should take no longer than 30 minutes. The platform should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window.

Initial diagnostics indicate that the problem lies with an access router card which rebooted itself. Zen Engineers are currently investigating solutions to avoid any recurrance this issue.
All affected services should now have been restored.

We are currently experiencing problems with our access router in Manchester (ar1.wh-man)
This is currently affecting connectivity for some VPN, Colocation and leased line customers
