#1928 Routing & Core Network - Sandbrook Park Resiliency Improvements (New)
As part of ongoing improvements we will be improving the resiliency of the Sandbrook Park PoP.
During this maintenance window, we will bring up routing protocols between our Sandbrook Park PoP, and our Manchester PoP.
Once this is complete, we will then run a series of tests to ensure the Sandbrook Park PoP is fully resilient.
Customers should not be affected by this maintenance. However, customers should consider themselves at risk throughout the maintenance window in case of any difficulties.

There are currently system problems at BT affecting the ability to diagnose & progress faults on broadband services.
Please be aware that this will restrict any updates we can give if you have a fault on your ADSL service.

On rare occasions, customers may experience what is known as a "stale session". In this situation, customers should power down their equipment for 30 minutes, to allow the session to time out before attempting to connect again.
